Dr. Kristin was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan (Go Blue!). She graduated from The University of Toledo (Ohio) with her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and from Life University (Georgia) with her Doctorate in Chiropractic.
"Growing up I was always in the gym playing basketball - days, nights, weekends - until I was sidelined by a knee injury. I had seen multiple different health care providers and kept suffering injury after injury. It wasn't until I began seeing a chiropractor that she educated me on how my knee injuries could be coming from a misalignment (subluxation) of my spine and how the nervous system controls all health, function and healing in our body. I then became a frequent chiropractic patient, receiving regular adjustments, in which I never suffered from another knee injury again! Not only did I remain healthy as an athlete, but my body was functioning the best it ever had been and it made a noticeable impact on my life. Ever since that experience I couldn't wait to become a chiropractor to share true health and healing with every adult, child and family that I came in contact with! I am very passionate and excited to be serving Fort Myers, FL and our Southwest Florida community!" - Dr. Kristin DeArmond
